Shipping Policy
Perfumes are sent from our showrooms in the Duty free zone to one of our warehouses in the USA or Spain every beginning of the week.
The orders are then sorted and prepared for shipment.
Then, orders are shipped to the customer, and the orders are shipped from the customer’s nearest warehouse.
For example: All orders from Europe are sent from Spain warehouse.
USA, Canada and South American orders from the USA warehouse.
After the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the customer as soon as possible. It may take 3 to 8 working days to send the tracking number until the full process is completed.
The order is received by the customer within 4 to 21 working days, depending on the country of destination and the completion of the shipping process.
Note: In some cases, the order is shipped from another warehouse according to the availability of the required perfumes, for example: an order to the USA may be shipped from the Spain warehouse if the required perfumes are not available in the USA warehouse.
